SANDWICH SOLE

Sandwich outsole is a combination of 3D FILON, which perfectly holds its shape, not noticeable due to its light weight, and provides excellent shock absorption, as well as thermoplastic material that is resistant to deformation and guarantees excellent traction. To increase abrasion resistance, FILON is reinforced with a TPE or rubber outsole.

PU SOLES FOR DIRECT INJECTION ATTACHMENT

One of the methods for making soles is an advanced PU-injection molding technology, which is used by a small number of companies in the world. This technology makes it possible to achieve the most reliable adhesion between the sole and the upper material.

Polyurethane (PU) soles are well suited for travel and active lifestyle, school and summer shoes, sandals and sneakers. In winter styles, CROSBY complements polyurethane soles with TPE outsoles, which prevent the shoes from slipping.
